I was missing work today or at least thinking about a the vrtranslants wedid at UT Memphis The Bowld Hospital. One time we had a liver that was large enough ndhealthyenough to split the donor liver. Ababy got a portion and an adult did s well. Everyone didwonderful and went home on the mend. I just wonderhow they are today. Mt daughter and I were downtown one day and I heard someone shouting my name, i didn't recognize the man but he remembered me as his surgery nurse when he was transplanted. The miracle is seeing the sick made well and the drastic difference in the way the person looks and lives healthy after the work we put in for them with skill, the family adds the love and wow what a cure!

Dear Doctor..Thanks a lot for your advice...I am 58 year old male living in India...had mild heart attack five years ago and a stent in placed in my heart...my blood work, BP etc is excellent as I walk and also do yoga since many years...now i have begun doing HIIT walking from today...that is total of 30 minutes..3 minutes of fast walk and three minutes of slow walk..typically 15 minutes of fast walk and 15 minutes slow in 30 minute session...i plan to do this six days a week..today i felt good..i also do 20 minutes or so of bodyweight strength training before this walk...that is basically forward lunges, squat, hindu push up, glute bridge and plant and chair lifting..I do not find any extra ordinary fatigue except the normal tiredness one feels during workout and then within minutes i am normal..hope i can continue my routine...kindly advice

MY apogies for some of the swearing guys but it helps get my point across i have suffered with cluster headaches since my late 20,s and and i am 63 now so about 35 years of chronic-debilatating horrendous pain in 12 to 16 week episodes every year about the same time and because our government in it,s infinite wisdom has decided to treat us with pills only ( no needles ) i am back to square one, the bastards, my doctor who i reckon is a saint and mysellf finally cracked it about 15 years ago with 5 mg of pethedine or morphine mixed with 100 mg of anti-nausea liquid in a needle usually resulted in stopping the pain for that day. some rebound headaches can and do occur from time to time but when these bouts are in full swing any combination of pills wont cut it, On the brighter side i carry water -2 x norgesic tablets and 1 x maxalt tablet and at the first inkling of pressure behind my right eye i swallow them and if i,m lucky they will help to ease the stabbing pain in my temple which for me is the greatest pain you will ever experience. Migraines -- child birth -- rotator cuff surgery ( bah-humbug ) are not even in the same league as the cluster-fucks.I have always thought i had a higher than average pain threshold but when these clusters strike Within 3 minutes i,m crying with the best of them eyes shut--frozen pack of peas rubbing my temple which incidently doesn,t do much but it keeps my hands busy and i dont end up punching as many walls as i have done in the past to my shame but in the middle of an episode i really dont care what happens to me or anything else ( very selfish i know) my clusterfucks do not go away until a needle happens,( 15 minutes and i can function again yay ) or some endone tablets can help ive gone up to 3 days and nights in agony trying to get relief literelly passing out from exhaustion for any one who thinks you can get high on the needle (stop and think ), that amount wont give you a high unless you are in a lot of pain and its the relief at getting rid of the pain that seems like a buzz so dont be a dickhead and cruel it for the real sufferers normal --- o ---on the robin pain scale normal headache ----6 ---on the robin pain scale migraines ---10 to 25 on the robin pain scale clusters ---50 to 100 on the robin pain scale yours in brother or sistership as only we know what the real pain is like and thank fuck i dont have a gun in the house ,not for doing away with myself but the temptation to try and shoot the pain out would be incredible hmmm Cheers Robin
